City of Alexandria Launching Free COVID-19 Testing Kiosks

City of Alexandria to provide free covid test with Curative

The City of Alexandria and the Alexandria Health Department (AHD) are launching free COVID-19 test kiosks on January 7th, 2021 in partnership with Curative. The City is providing the locations, and the COVID-19 tests will be performed by Curative.

“It will be fast, simple, painless, self-collected testing”

  • Government identification is not required
  • All tests are free regardless of insurance coverage or immigration status
  • If you have insurance coverage, there will be no co-pay
  • Kiosk service is available in English and Spanish
  • Appointments available here

COVID-19 Testing Kiosks Locations on beginning January 7

  • Leonard “Chick” Armstrong Recreation Center, 25 W. Reed Avenue
    Monday through Friday, 3 to 8 p.m.
    Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Ben Brenman Park, 4800 Brenman Park Drive
    Monday through Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Charles Houston Recreation Center, 901 Wythe Street
    Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. 
    Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
