Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) is moving into the second phase of its comprehensive boundary review process, Superintendent Dr. Michelle C. Reid announced Tuesday, May 7. This follows a series of 12 community meetings that gathered feedback from families, staff, and local stakeholders.
Phase 1 concluded with Thru Consulting analyzing community input, which helped inform draft boundary scenarios. Those scenarios will be reviewed during a new round of hybrid community meetings scheduled for May and June.
These sessions will include an online tool, Boundary Explorer, to help residents visualize proposed changes.
