Fairfax City | Fall Festival Shuttle Bus Stops and Parking (2023)

Fairfax City’s annual Fall Festival is only two days away. It’s a good time to plan your trip to the festival. Given the vast number of activities, and vendors, it’s a good idea to plan your visit now. Check the schedule and entertainment locations to plan your trip to the City of Fairfax.

Shuttle Bus Schedule & Shuttle Stops

There will be three shuttle bus stops on the 14th between 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM. All shuttles are free and accessible. The three shuttle locations are:

George Mason University

Shuttle stop at Rappanhannock Parking Deck, on the side where electric scooters are parked

Fairfax High School

Shuttle stop near the bus stop shelter on Blenheim Blvd

City Hall

On Armstrong St, there will be a street sign.

Parking Information – Where to Park?

Free parking will be available at the Rappahannock parking deck at George Mason University. The shuttle bus will stop right in front of the parking deck. It’s the most convenient parking lot for festival attendees.

If you are coming from the north of Fairfax City, there will be public parking available at the following parking garages

The Judicial Center Parking Garage B

Old Town Village Parking Garage

3925 Chain Bridge Road

The Old Town Village parking garage is located next to the Fall Festival. The Judicial Center parking lot is also close, but you will have to walk a bit.

Accessible Parking

• Old Town Village Parking Garage – 3925 Chain Bridge Road
• City Hall – 10455 Armstrong Street (Access via Chain Bridge Rd.)

My personal recommendation for parking is the Rappahannock parking deck (free parking) at GMU. It’s safe and clean. Plus, you can ride electric scooters to the Festival at any time. The scooters are parked right in front of the parking deck.
